Teaneck Greenway Invasives Removal in Andreas Park: 10/2 10AM
On Sunday, October 2nd, starting at 10:00 AM, the Friends of the Greenway will meet in Andreas Park, concentrating on the identification and removal of invasive species, many of which compete aggressively with (and threaten) the native flora. Volunteers should wear gloves and bring pruners, clippers, and / or loppers, and dress appropriately for protection from underbrush.
Meet at the tennis courts at the Andreas Park parking area, located off of River Road, one block south of the traffic light at West Englewood Avenue. Click on http://tinyurl.com/i1z3 for a map of the location.
