Teaneck Senior Wellness Program at Rodda Center: 9/30 9:30AM

The Township of Teaneck offers the Teaneck Senior Wellness Program in collaboration with Holy Name Hospital to provide a variety of professional resources to address health concerns and wellness issues for Teaneck's senior residents.

The following programs take place on Friday, September 30th at the Richard Rodda Community Center, 250 Colonial Court, located at the southern end of Votee Park in Teaneck. Please call Holy Name Hospital at 201-227-6250 to register for the entire program or for the individual sessions of interest to you.

* 9:30 - 11:30 AM Creating a Personal Plan for Your Health * 12:00 Noon - 2:00 PM Blood Pressure Screening
