Holy Name Hospital Stop Smoking with Hypnosis: 10/26 7-9PM

Holy Name Hospital is offering a two-hour program on Wednesday, October 26th to help participants stop smoking permanently through behavior modification techniques and effective hypnotic suggestions. This relaxing, stress-free approach reduces withdrawal symptoms and helps to make lifestyle changes by focusing on increased self-esteem. The program consists of one two-hour session and includes a 30-day reinforcement audio tape. The first hour is dedicated to understanding the obstacles of change. The second hour will be devoted to helping you overcome these obstacles.

The program is held from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Holy Name Hospital, 718 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ in the Hospital Education Conference Room (Rosarii Hall). The fee for the program is $60 and includes the cost of materials, plus revisits to future seminars for reinforcement for up to one year.
