Financial Health Day for Senior Citizens at Teaneck HS: 10/24 12:30-5PM
Teaneck High School, in cooperation with a wealth of sponsors, will hold Financial Health Day for senior citizens on Monday, October 24th from 12:30 to 5:00 PM at the high school, 100 Elizabeth Avenue off Queen Anne Road and Route 4 East.
The theme is Get Into Financial Shape, and workshops will cover such topics as Understanding Your Credit & Credit Report; Wealth Building; Social Security; New Jersey Pensions and Benefits; I'm Retired, So What's Next? What's In a Mortgage, and Catch-Up Strategies for Late Savers.
Professional presenters will lead these sessions but don't worry: There will be no solicitations of any kind! From 12:30 to 1:30 PM, lunch will be served at no charge, along with a presentation about Identity Theft delivered by representatives of the U.S. Secret Service. Seminars will take place from 1:40 to 5:00 PM, with mid-afternoon snacks provided.
